1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lenacore TV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Lenacore TV Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Lenacore TV") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

Lenacore TV is a video hosting platform that enables independent creators, studios, and storytellers to distribute digital content without paywalls or algorithmic gatekeeping. Our mission—Cinema without gatekeepers. Stream the stories that matter—guides every decision we make.

The Service includes video upload, transcoding, streaming, content discovery, creator monetization tools, live-streaming capabilities, and community engagement features. All core functionality remains free for users. Monetization features are available to verified creators and are governed by supplementary creator agreements.

3. User Accounts

To upload content or access creator features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms. Creators under 18 require parental consent to monetize content.

You agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, impersonate others, or engage in fraud. Accounts created in violation of these terms will be suspended or terminated immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Transmits malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Lenacore TV systems or user accounts;
  • Disrupts the normal operation of the Service through denial-of-service attacks or similar conduct;
  • Engages in harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users or creators;
  • Uses automated tools (bots, scrapers) without explicit written permission;
  • Artificially inflates view counts, engagement metrics, or revenue through fraudulent means;
  • Interferes with or circumvents security, content filtering, or access controls.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Content Rules & Moderation

Lenacore TV enforces content policies to protect users and comply with US law. We prohibit:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse of minors. We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Non-Consensual Intimate Content: Deepfakes, revenge porn, or sexually explicit material shared without consent.
  • Violent Threats & Incitement: Content that directly threatens violence against individuals or groups, or incites illegal activity.
  • Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability) with dehumanizing language or calls for harm.

Beyond these core violations, creators retain editorial control. We do not shadowban, algorithmically suppress, or demonetize content based on controversial opinions, political speech, or artistic expression. Content disputes are resolved by our independent appeals board, not automated algorithms.

We may remove or age-restrict content for nudity, graphic violence, or mature themes, but creators receive notice and an opportunity to appeal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading content to Lenacore TV, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute that content. You grant Lenacore TV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You retain full ownership of your content. We will not sell, license, or use your content for purposes beyond hosting and delivery without your explicit written consent.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please submit a formal DMCA notice to admin@tv.lenacore.net. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Lenacore TV respects creators' rights to choose their own licensing terms. You may designate content as Creative Commons, exclusive, or standard copyright. These choices are binding on Lenacore TV and its users.

7. Creator Revenue & Monetization

Creators who monetize content through Lenacore TV keep 85% of all revenue from donations, sponsorships, licensing, and ad-supported series. Lenacore TV takes only 15% to cover infrastructure, payment processing, and platform development.

Revenue is calculated monthly and paid via your chosen method (ACH, PayPal, international wire transfer) within 30 days of month-end. Creators with balances under $20 may elect to defer payment until the following month.

Lenacore TV may withhold payments if it detects fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Creators will be notified and given 14 days to respond before funds are withheld.

Lenacore TV is not responsible for currency exchange rates, transaction fees, or tax obligations. It is your responsibility to comply with all tax laws in your jurisdiction. We will provide tax reporting documents as required by law.

8. Termination of Accounts & Service

Lenacore TV may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Termination may be immediate and without notice for severe violations (CSAM, security threats, repeated harassment).

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated and your content will be removed from public discovery. You may request an archive of your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, content may be permanently deleted.

You may delete your own account at any time via account settings. Upon deletion, your uploaded content remains on Lenacore TV unless you explicitly remove each video. Your account data will be anonymized within 60 days.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding financial obligations or legal liability for content you posted.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LENACORE TV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Lenacore TV is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content, links, or services;
  • User-generated content or statements made by creators;
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control (ISP outages, DDoS attacks);
  • Loss of revenue due to account suspension or platform downtime;
  • Disputes between users, creators, or viewers.

By using Lenacore TV, you acknowledge these limitations and assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENACORE TV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LENACORE TV IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LENACORE TV BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by your local law, these limitations apply to the fullest extent possible.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

However, you and Lenacore TV agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating litigation. Contact admin@tv.lenacore.net with a detailed description of the dispute within 30 days of the incident. If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue formal legal action.

12. Changes to These Terms

Lenacore TV may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may delete your account within the 30-day notice period without penalty.
